As one of our founding partners, Ralph Jauss is responsible for JR Cape's European market operations and works as Senior Consultant from our Hamburg office. He studied Business Administration and obtained a Doctorate. In his long professional career he has worked in different leading management positions for renown companies in the transport industry, professional services as well as in the financial sector. Ralph Jauss has vast experience in the executive search field, mainly catering to the German corporate world. In 2005 he resigned as Partner at one of the leading management consulting firms in Germany and joined JR Cape in Europe.

Walter J. Masnyk
Partner APAC

Walter Masnyk started as a Senior Consultant and Partner with JR Cape in Thailand, but has recently assumed responsibility for JR Cape’s Asian market operations from our office in Bangkok. He has an Engineering Degree and a MBA in Industrial Management, and has over twenty years of experience in leading successful corporate turnarounds as a manager or consultant in a manufacturing environment. Bringing turnaround experience to the world of executive search has given him a unique ability to identify and recommend successful business leaders to his clients around the world. Walter also shares some responsibility for our US operations and manages our office in Chicago.

Dr. Birgit Grote

completed an apprenticeship as a bank clerk, holds an MBA degree and a PhD in Economics. She started her professional career in a bank, then worked in different executive positions as a specialist for industrial policies in a German state ministry of Economics, Technology and Transportation and in a state chancellery. For five years she was Secretary of State in a state ministry for economics, technology and transportation. During this time she was a member/chairman of various supervisory boards in the fields of aviation, energy, media and transportation.

Dr. Grote joined JR CAPE as Partner. She is responsible for our executive search activities in our offices in Hannover (Germany) and Essen (Germany).

Jong Woo Kim

Jong Woo Kim who holds a MBA degree has been working for JR Cape Management Consulting Company as a Branch Manager since the opening of branch office in Korea on March 15, 2008.

JW Kim has worked for Air France (airline industry), KLA-Tencor Korea, Teradyne Korea and Photondynamics Korea (semiconductor industry) as a Human Resources manager and director. Mr. Kim has more than 20 years of experience in HR professional with a long track record in various senior HR management functions within multinational companies in Korea. He has been working as a Chief Consultant in the executive search field in Korea for 6 years with the focus on serving foreign companies.

Mr. Kim’s relevant HR expertise and in-depth knowledge of labor market combined with his international background truly contribute to the company’s goal of providing excellent and customized recruitment services.

With the extensive knowledge, open-mindedness, professional approach and proven direct search process in place with a lot of success stories from existing customers, he is confident that he will find the best candidates for local customers and meet their needs.

Siegfried ‚Ziggy‘ Moeglich

Siegfried ‚Ziggy‘ Moeglich as a partner of JR Cape is managing the Munich and San Francisco Office. For many years he worked as a Mechanical Engineer, international Project Manager and CEO in the semi conductor industry. 20 years ago the involved managerial responsibility and the gained experiences as a Project Manager complemented by further studies of social psychology inspired him to start his own Executive Coaching business. Through this work he has gathered considerable international experiences in selecting and placing Executives for long term responsibilities. Many hundreds of Executives and Project Managers have booked his Individual Coaching or attended his Seminars. Ziggy works in Germany, China, Russia, India and other countries. He lives in San Francisco and Munich.
